Service Target: Athletic training team members of local sports associations
In the course of training, physical function tests should be provided to athletes so that coaches can promptly recognise the physical function changes of athletes during intensive sports training, and understand the efficiency of their current training schedules. In addition, the tests provide a scientific basis for coaches to formulate training plans for the next stage. The test is composed of five parts, in addition to physical fitness check-up, and comprises
- electrocardiogram, examinations of the athlete’s lung capacity, maximum oxygen uptake, blood lactate, hormones, immune factors, muscle enzyme level, etc;
- test and assessment of the athlete’s body constitution. Moreover, psychological tests and sport nutrition assessments can be conducted if necessary.
