In order to provide assistance to chronic patients with cervical spondylosis and adhesive shoulder capsulitis (frozen shoulder), and people with lumbar sprains, lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion (LIDP), quadriceps femoris atrophy, and dysfunction of knee joints. Provides sport medical training services to these people in need through the teaching of self- management rehabilitation to relieve the symptoms of the patients.

Interested residents can call the Sports Medicine Centre at 2881 0896 to register and make an appointment during the designated period. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Successful applicants will have a free injury check-up prior to the commencement of the classes. (Organiser may amend the number and time of the rehabilitation classes due to work factors.)
